There is a flaw in this idea, and it is that the releases are totally out of synch. Indeed, VFP runtimes get updated much more frequently. As Sergey said: what runtime would you include?
VFP 6 SP3, VFP 7 SP1, VFP 8 SP1, VFP 9 (what when the SP comes)?
VFP runtimes are very small and they could be downloaded even from a dial-up connection if the related application is worth enough, in my opinion.
