I'm sorry for your loss of family. I, too have experience loss. Not from the Holocaust but just personal tragedies here and there. We lost a baby a few years ago. Recently my Uncle was killed in a motorcycle accident. Through those occasions, I was sad. I cried. I even became angry. I didn't enjoy going through those things. But, all the while there was some comfort in knowing that God had something in mind through the tragedies. I can say that I am able to see spiritual growth in my own life through both of those events. I can also see where God was brought glory through both of those events. That's what I'm talking about.

I don't want you to think we are gleeful when tragedy strikes. We react like most people - however - we have that comfort in knowing God is in control of the situation. You may not understand and that's fine. I wish you could.
