I have a lot of half-baked ideas on this topic. I'm going to have to let them finish cooking before I say more.

I do believe there's a solution that can make things easier for VFP developers and remain compliant with Ken's comments regarding the distribution of VFP runtimes. I also believe that a solution can be implemented without involvement from the VFP development team. In other words, the solution is going to have to come from one or more people in the community vs. from Microsoft.
