The temp directory should also be included in the (DOS) path statement of the local machine.

I have already included the config.fp into the exe so no misplacing and have pointed these EDITWORK and other to a C:\TRASHCAN folder. The one thing that was missing was the DOS path setting I have asked the maintenance guy to follow this your advice.
