First, Romans 1 talks about the fact that within every person is the knowledge of God. Some choose to suppress that and have no excuse.

Second, Missionaries are very important as they do present the gospel to many of these people. To be frank, I really don't know about those who never hear that message. I do, however, trust in God's will for them and that God will do whatever He deems best in these situations. If you really want a better answer than that, I can do some research for you - let me know.

Lastly, we all deserve Hell - all of us. Just because God chooses to save a few does not make Him a monster. Read Romans 9. We're the monsters...
