storing images to database as a Blob Binary object is better or storing the tiff image file's to a windows folder and giving the path of the file in the database is better.

I have lots of images like more than 1 million,(each image will have 25 pages in it .tiff file may be 1.5 MB each file size) which way is better. Please if you have any suggestions can you please tell me.
