There are no absolutes in something like this (testing and developer knowledge just cannot reach this level), but as far as can be determined, and as far as a user would be concerned, VFP9 app can be 100% compatible with Citrix. I say "can be", because there are application issues that need to be thought through and Citrix needs to be set up right, but there aren't any Show Stopper Gotchas that I've ever heard of or seen.
