You might want to remove the solution stars everyone is probably thinking you found a solution to your own problem and not even reading the thread.

Are both listboxes tied to the same table or different tables? What are your property settings for each listbox? For me in VFP6 dragging the thumb up and down does not cause the listbox content to scroll until the mouseup happens.
