Hi Dmitry,

> The reason for my question was, I am using a couple of ActiveX controls (from DBI Tech) and I wanted to be sure that they won't be the show stopper.

In the last application we used dbi ActiveX controls and deployed on Terminal Services. Not exactly the same as Citrix, but close in a way. We didn't have any problems with dbi Controls on VFP 8 and 9. We did have problems with VFP 6, though.

In VFP 8 we had problems with some other older ActiveX controls (GraphicServer). This control uses semaphores to launch only one instance of an external EXE. When running on Terminal Server, only the first user was able to use forms that contained the ActiveX control, others were seeing errors.

What I learned from this is that you need to test each ActiveX control in a terminal services environment unless these controls are fully XP or 2003 certified.
