You mean onetime? Take a print screen of the running form, dump it into Adobe Photoshop, and bring up the color palette and click on the color you want, anf it will tell you the color in three different formats, including RBG.

>Anyone have suggestions on how I can determine the border color that VFP uses for themed controls like textboxes and editboxes?

>BorderColor returns rgb( 0,0,0 ), not the actual themed color.

>The reason I'm looking for BorderColor is so I can provide a replacement border for controls that have have problems rendering a consistent border (like readonly textboxes). I plan on using a transparent shape to add my own border and would like to match this shape's border color to the border color VFP is using elsewhere.

>Even better would be a ColorScheme or ColorSource or other setting for Shape controls that would tie their border color to an XP theme color so that changing a Windows theme would automatically update the shape's border color to match the current XP theme's border colors.
