Dawa,

I see 3 different results

1) highlighting from the first * up to and including the t of Stamp ctrl-f3 (hear a beep) ctrl-l the find dialog pops up

2) highlighting from the first * up to and including the a of Stamp, ctrl-f3 (hear a beep) ctrl-l crash

3) highlighting from the first * to the end of the text ctrl-f3 (hear a beep) the highlight changes to only go though the 01/, (which is 255 characters) press ctrl-l get a Feaure not available messagebox.

So I only see it crash when exactly 246 characters are highlighted when the ctrl-f3 ctrl-l are pressed.

Update - I was checking this in VFP8 at the time.
