Brand new machine. CPU seems to be operating at around 50 degrees - well within the limits, CPU fan seems OK. CPU voltage is 1.472v.

Just ran Intels own CPU test utility. That reported expected CPU speed of 2.80GHz and actual speed of 2.08GHz, expected system bus speed of 533MHz and actual speed of 397MHZ...

This machine is being returned anyway so it's not essential that I solve this - really just curious about the reason for the reduced CPU speed..
