Actually, is the same frxpreviewform, from ReportPreview project, XSOURCE. I've only modified the code from KeyPress to handle +,-,and Ctrl+MouseWheel and changed pictures (I used true colors PNGs) and captions for buttons and popup menu options (these are in \ReportPreview\frxpreview_loc.h).
