I'll have to check my notes. I remember I also use Catalyst FTP. However, I don't remember which one I now use in my applications. I'll be back on this.
As for the source code, I think most of the Mabry OCX offer the developer an option to pay an extra to receive the source code. You might find more information on their web site.
