The minimum is Visual FoxPro 3 because all the parser you'll find are 32 bits - if you use a parser. You can also access directly by using an ODBC extended HTML tags directly from the Web. You can also use socket programming to allow your existing Visual FoxPro application to get the data from the other side of the World. It depends on what you need.
