Well isn't one of the largest (if not THE) provinces Quebec, where they'd understrandably be Catholic. On top of that, there's a huge ethnic mix, everywhere you go (not to mention First Nation) - never seen so many different races all together other than in London, with a good deal of asians. So it doesn't really surprise me that the anglo's would be watered down.
