There's also another issue that occurs when you click the elevator button in the vertical scroll bar. You know, you click that button and it jumps out of place (instead of staying motionless under the mouse pointer) and the text in the window moves (and you haven't even moved your mouse).

If they'd fix those to, it would make for a nicer experience.
