>PMFJI, I am sorry I can't recommend a free DVD copy software. I bought 123 COPY DVD some time ago, it was on sale for like $20 (after rebate). But my question to you is, what free CD ripping software have you used? I need to convert a track from a CD to MP3 format but I have never done it. Since I only need it for one song/track, I don't want to spend too much (or little <g>) money.

Dmitry,
The app I have at home is called dB Power Amp here is the link http://www.dbpoweramp.com/dmc.htm it is free to try but it costs $$ to register it. The trial is for like 14 days. That was the ripper I used last when I ripped a music CD (for backup purposes <s>) I never registered the app but if I need to rip more music I will pay the $$ for it because it is a great ripping app. I give it two thumbs up (it sure makes it dificult to type like that though lol).

Where did you buy 123 Copy DVD? in a store or online? I don't mind paying a little bit but I like to try it before I pay :)

Einar
