>No Howard....I will not just stop listening to hate mongers such as yourself. You are obviously so full of bigotry and prejudice. Yet you somehow conviently have convinced yourself your are not.
>
>People such as yourself MUST be stood up to. History has shown many bad examples of what happens when people with your thoughts are allowed to continue.

Okay, are you going to be a "stand up" guy here and answer my questions - or - are you just going to continue to use school yard tactics?

How about you answer this one?

Here's how I see it - If I truly thought my way was right, I have two choices:

1. I could say nothing and let everyone live their lives in ignorance and then go to Hell - knowing that my saying something might have prevented that.

2. I could say that I believe unless they trust in the work of Christ, they will go to Hell and hope they will believe and be spared that.

Which one is more loving?

I do not endorse others religions and will not waiver in my belief that any religion that does not trust in the work of Christ is a false religion - but - please do not mistake that for hatred.

>>>I think that's a general problem with people who are such "deep" believers like yourself, Howard.

>>>I think of Pat Robertson, who has said many things that other hear as hateful words, and when called to task on them gets on the tube and with a nudge-nudge wink-wink "apologizes" if he hurt any body's feelings.
>>>I think of Franklin Graham (Reverend Billy's son) who said that perhaps it was 'time to use any weapon at our disposal to wipe the scourge from the earth once and for all' at the end of the televised service at the national Cathedral immediately after the 9/11 attacks.

>>I can't vouch for those men - they are on their own. It was stated that I was being hateful and I simply asked for some evidence of that.
>>
>>
>>>When you say you are comfortable in your belief that anyone who doesn't believe as you do is going to Hell for sure, do you not see how people take that as somewhat less than 'loving'? They know that to you Hell is the worst option of them all, yet you're telling them that's their destination. You expect glee in them at that news?

>>Many have said I am wrong and that I will go to Hell for my beliefs. I don't take that as hatred - just as their belief.

>>Just the way the Lord intends (I hope.) While I would not become emotionally attached to any of the above (with the possible exception of the mixed race marriage - I don't think that one is mentioned in the Bible as a sin), I would treat all of them with the respect and honor they deserve as God's creation. I would not approve of their actions of their beliefs, but that does not mean I could not show brotherly love towards them.

>>>It sure sound likely that you have convinced yourself that you do not hate anybody. That doesn't add up to being a fact.

>>You do not (not can you) see into my heart. You are making judgement based on your reaction to things I say. If you do not like what I say, you are welcome to stop listening any time. But, please don't make assumptions about my feelings towards others based on your reactions.
