I am glad this works for you.

I have followed your instructions exactly and I still get the message asking me to uninstall.

I have Inno Setup working fine now. It is so much easier to operate than Install Shield and it works! And on top of that, its free!

I have written to Install Shield that they should make this a little less complicated and maybe they already have in the many upgrades they have completed since ISE Limited Edition.

I don't intend to buy an upgrade from them in any case since Inno Setup seems to do the job so well for me.
