>>I have a complied help file created using Help Scrible. In each form I updated the HelpContextId to match the item in the file and added a command to set help to the file using the F1 key. When I run the application on my development PC, pressing F1 displays the appropriate help file data.

I had neglected to push those file to the users, but to test this was the solution, I copied the files to one of the PCs and then registered the foxhhelpps7.dll. Still no response when I press F1.

I then modified a form to add a setall command in the init to set the HelpContextId to correct value and then in the help button I created I entered this in the click method: HELP ID THIS.HelpContextID. This also had no effect.

For what it's worth when I click the chm file on the server I get a failure message from IE saying it was unable to link to the web page...
