Well no...which is probably part of the problem.
Originally I thought it happens only when you use the scroll bar - because the cursor in the edit box would still be at the top, so when you went back to the editbox, you'd end up back at the top. Now I'm being told that there is code running in the activate event of the page tab too...which might be contriubiting to the problem because it seems he's having this problem even when the user didnt just use the scroll bar (the cursor is in the right spot in the edit box)...
