Please look at the bugs with IDs 141 and 142 that I reported on the UT bug list. At that moment, I thought the visual problems of themed command buttons were only found on a DBCS (Chinese) Windows. I don't know if the bugs reported by both you and me come from the same internal issue. Anyhow, it seems that problems also found in non-DBCS Windows, since the Windows that you are using is unlikely a DBCS one.
