You don't give any details. Could be memory. Could be a corrupted index or table.
Could be a virus in your computer.

I would check the Windows Event Log (if you are Admin).
Make sure your antivirus is up to date and run a scan.
Also reindex all tables used in that app and validate the database (DBC).
