Whereas I'd agree that the joke is tasteless and execrable, the first thing I did do was try and pronounce the word with hope of deriving an English word. Depending on the pronunciation, I came up with bollocks or someone throwing up; the first suggests that I talk such, but I wouldn't knoe which bit IS bollocks; the seconds ... well, I've no idea.
