I guess I'll just give up trying to send this very long message to Barbara, because the message facility just got me AGAIN!!!

This time I selected Barbara's name first, then typed my 10 minutes of message. When I hit send it came back with a rather long message about the use of double-quotes.... is not allowed and proceeded to wipe out everything I had typed - it did NOT re-present the message so that I could edit out the offending stuff!

More unhelpful design is al that I can say. Please address this so that the next user does not suffer the same problems.
