Application throws message "This application has failed to start because application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem", when starting. It occurs only in such enviroment:
1. Application is located on shared folder on Windows 98 OS (doesn't matter this folder is mapped or not).
2. You try to launch it from Windows XP machine.

When we move application folder to local folder or to shared folder on Windows 2000/XP/2003 machine, application launches ok.

Maybe there is any solution?
