This is one of the problems with providing a generic "capture and store" solution to a very common task. The PBX manufacturers all use their own format for SMDR data - and this may change with firmware revisions of a single product. My download #19165 (without all the bells and whistles, and non-visual) was part of a solution to ease the setup to any PBX by determining the proper port setup. Not part of that download were my routines to examine that data, and provide the user with a screen similar to VFP's Import Wizard that allowed the them to adjust my "best guess" format of the log file. I have used a similar strategy since the FPD days with reasonable success.
