In this case I agree with you. While the procedure files are given precedence in the order in which they are set, within the procedure file itself, functions/procedures are given precedence based on the last one defined. While they are apples and oranges in a way, I don't understand the methodology behind making one "First Come First Serve" while the other is "Last Come First Serve". <g>
