Sergey,
I cannot switch to VFP 9 since my application is located in Win 98 share and
called from XP computer.
This causes application configuration is invalid error in VFP 9.
I can fix this problem as you recommended by creating a VFP 7 loader which loads VFP9 appl exe and dll files to XP temp directory, but this requires distribution vfp 7 runtime files for loader. So this is not good solution.
Calling SQLExecDirect() and then SQLRowCount() works OK. Excellent!
There is a problem with error processing:
In case if SQLExecDirect() returns error, I need to get server error message.
AERROR() does not return odbc error message in this case.
How to get server error message using ODBC API ?
