Thanks for your reply, finally I realized my script opened the connection and never closed it.

But 10 hours later ASP.NET still had the files opened (I made the test trying to rename them).

I tried today (1 day after) and the files have been released. Now, with the script fixed the new data appears as expected.

I will remember now: ALLWAYS CLOSE A CONNECTION. It could turn into a big issue.
