I notice that when I try to open a project, the debugger and CLR framework from a previous project pops up. I have tried to isolate the processes in the Task Manager, and I have uninstalled .NET 2003, and re-installed it, and the debugger and CLR framework will interupt install. I open the debugging, and halt execution of it, but it pops up again when I try to open a new project.

Your help would be greatly appreciated.
