In QA when a text search is performed, the found text is highlighted. Is there any way to control the background highlighting color?

I have been able to find no setting in QA that will control it and I've tried every Windows color setting I could find but none would affect the highlighted color of the found text. Is there some other setting, Registry entry, etc. that will change it?
