If your "point" is that "fighting with the bureaucrats" has a predictable result whether the bureaucrats are Christian, Muslim, IRD inspectors "just doing their job" or post-modern secular illuminati, we do indeed agree. Power systems change but the mindset of the person who wants to sit behind a government desk wielding extraordinary unearned power, never seems to change.
