I remember seeing this in FoxPlus, but the error code had three digits, AFAI remember; then, in FP it came down to two digits, and now it's a single digit. Gee, in Tahoe it will probably be a no-digit error code, like "Fatal error Bad error, can't happen while reporting error Bad error, can't happen".

VFP has always had a few traditional recurring bugs, which were solved temporarily in some version only to reappear in the next. Makes life interesting. BTW, in this case I'd try to Use the .frx Exclusive and Pack Memo (sometimes it helped in previous versions), if I didn't hear David's advice on the number of fonts.
