Does anyone know of a way to allow users to alter individual words/phrases within a memo field (editbox) to produce bold, italic or underlining? I'm attempting to update an old FP/DOS app which is almost as much word processing as database (court docket system). In the old app, users could type in various codes like @b for bold, and a strtran function would convert this to a specific printer escape sequence at print time. But printing was all done with set print on and a series of ?? lines. I want/need to use the report generator. Any font changes made seem to affect the entire memo field, not just parts of it.
