I have an application that was originally written back in FPW2.5, redone in FPW2.6 and then redone again in vfp6. It has since been recompiled in vfp8 and then vfp9.

In the vfp9 version, there seems to be a problem with both list boxes and combo boxes. Say the 1st item in the list is selected. Then on using the thumb to scroll down, if I let go of the mouse button without leaving the confines of the scroll bar, the bar pops back up so that the selected item remains visible. No matter which item is selected, if I scroll in either direction to the point that it is no longer visible, the thumb pops back when I let go of the mouse so that the selected item is visible again. This is very annoying.

1. If I create a test form in vfp9, I cannot make this happen.
2. If I scroll and move the mouse off the scroll bar - either to the side of off the top or bottom before letting go of the mouse button, then the thumb stays put like it's supposed to do.

Has anybody seen this before, and if so, do you know of a simple fix so that I don't have to completely replace all combo boxes and list boxes with new ones taken from the vfp9 tool box in all my forms?
