In my case, that is what was causing my picture mail not to work, yes. However there are still a zillion problems my billing. (like the almost $800 extra that put on my bill a couple of weeks ago, and them trying to charge me sales tax in 3 different states every month...etc.) I still have to call them EVERY month and complain ... usually it ends up being between $60 and $70 a month worth of things they bill me for that they shouldn't be.
