Guess, what we use to feed our Active FoxPro Pages RSS feed. <g> Our bug tracking system stores everything in DBF files (TestTrack from Seapine). We run a query against it, run the RSS conversion tool and have the release notes available as RSS right out our tracking system.

One of my colleagues (Jochen Kirstätter) wrote a plug-in for AFP to deal with various HTML conversion issues. The plugin is also usable without AFP (http://www.afpfaq.de/en/30.afp). And it's open source.
