I have written many FoxPro programs that call executables created in other program languages and wait for the return value. Usually I use wScript.Shell object. Now I have a program written in another language but no matter what I return from the FoxPro program, it still returns zero. I even tried using vScript.Shell from one FoxPro program to call it and still received zero.

What is the magic it get FoxPro compiled executables to return what you need it to return?
