Why code

loWebService.Credentials = new System.Net.NetworkCredential("Login","Password")

Does not creates "Authentification" header in HTTPHeader? I try avoid this problem when overwrite GetWebRequest() function of proxy class.. but seems too hard way for too simple feature?
