But there are three nations which use that format as a standard (you only need to insert the delimiters): Hungary, Japan and USA. In the first two it's defined by language, in the latter by ANSI :).

Other than that, I'm disappointed that there wasn't ttos() function, and that ttoc() doesn't also have the W3C formats (as used in email "Sun Jul 24 14:01:11 2005") or the ready-to-bulk-copy SQL server format... though I think it somehow does that behind the scenes, because you can just have a ?tVariable in a SPT command string and Fox will replace it with a proper string.
