With adir() you can create a list of files, for example, in your case, *.frx. You can create a PRG text file programmatically, and add these files to your PRG file, with some appropriate command, either REPORT FORM xyz or EXTERNAL REPORT xyz. Add the PRG to your project, and rebuild.
If your report files are in more than one directory (under the same project folder, I hope), well, there are some tools in the download section that will manage that. IIRC, one of them is called XDIR.
