SQL Server will come with a Windows '95 version. One use for this version will be to allow remote users to replicate data from the home office to their laptops.
Yes, this may compete with FoxPro as a database back-end. VFP will still be an excellent front-end tool for data-intensive applications. Also, using just VFP will be much less complex than using a VFP/SQL Server combination (though SQL Server 7.0 will be much easier to administer than 6.5).
