Does CPU hyperthreading affects application performance? Does it works with a VFP app? What if a server has one processor only but support HPT? Does Hyper Threading works or at least on two processors?

Most Servers, its bios and WIN OS support Hyper Threading. How to tap this to a VFP application? Does anybody knows?
