I am running an NT4.0 server with approximately 30 workstations, most of the clients are 95's with a few running NT4.0 Workstation. I do not have a backend database (i.e. no: SQLServer, Oracle, Informix, etc.) I'm just running VFP5.0. I need advice on the "best" way to develop my database for multiuser access. For example, should I install my .EXE on the server? If so should the clients be mapped to the server or through a shortcut? Should I use views from the clients or remote views? If I use remote views how do I install the tables (database) on the server? What questions should I be asking? If you can help, thank you.
