Thanks Gaylen, but I have a prg I run on all the reports that removes the information from those fields in the reports for me. I've used it since VFP7. I didn't run it before I sent the report to Sergey for testing though but it is always run before deployment. I'm actually leaning more towards a video driver issue because I have two video drivers and monitors and I noticed late yesterday that the problem only occurs when I open VFP9 and modify the report on one of the monitors but not the other.

>Tracy - I converted over to VFP9 and had a number of problems with VFP8 reports being edited by VFP9. Two things help me out a lot. One is remove all printer specific info from the frx (the 2 tag and the expr fields) and to pack each report file.

>That seemed to work for me. I was getting all kind of errors (0000..5 errors and the report designer would just freeze when trying to save a change) before I did the above and haven't encountered one since. I don't know if this could be the cause, but it might be worth a try.

>>>>Is there a bug in the VFP9 Report Designer when editing some VFP8 reports? I had a report that was created in VFP8. It consisted of a detail band only. I opened it up in VFP9 and dragged the pageheader section down so a line would exist in the pageheader section (it was empty before and totally closed) and half the objects in the detail section of the form just dissappeared. I verified they were not there anylonger. I verified that the length of the report did not extend beyond 10 inches as a test and it still ocurred. I ended up opening up the report in VFP8 and modifying the report there instead.

>>>Hi Tracy,

>>>I got your report and repeat steps you outlined. All objects in the detail band still in place. Maybe it's releated to the default VFP printer you had when you edited report?
