That's funny, about 20 years ago I was living near Minneapolis. I was a few miles east, in Elk Mound, WI. It was back woods then, and still is now <s>.
Atlanta definatly boomed, and is still growing out. Alpharetta has changed quite a bit in the 7 years I've been here. I bought a house 50 miles north of the perimiter 4 years ago. Small area, very quit, no one around. Now they are building 3,000 new houses and 3 new shopping centers within 5 miles of my house. Its hard to get away from the growth...
