In our case the listbox has This.Parent.Parent.Parent.aDEDataAccess as RowSource. The method code is in DoubleClick, the IntegralHeight property is set to true. The fontname and fontsize are not VFP default.
What non default properties do you have for the listbox?
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
