First try to remove all printer related info from Report. Open report fro editing and from report menu Unmark "Printer Environment". It a good idea not to saave Printer info to reports. Go to Tools->Options->Report and Uncheck Save printer Environment. The Set As default. This way every new report you create will not save the Pronter info. Unfortunately old reports will not be affected with this change. You must follow first procedure I describe for all old reports.
